Waste Segregation System

I was the frontend lead. The app serves four kinds of users, each with their own screens.

  • Built the React dashboard from 15+ reusable components, cutting development time by about 40%.
  • Made 4 role-based interfaces for Admin, Collector, Recycler and End User with their own workflows.
  • Designed the sidebar, cards and insights panel so common tasks take about 25% fewer clicks.

How I ship

  1. Push

    Code goes to GitHub. React, Node.js, Express, MongoDB or SQL.

  2. Test

    API, UI and mobile checks with Pytest, Playwright and BrowserStack.

  3. Build

    GitHub Actions builds on a self-hosted runner. Docker for packaging.

  4. Deploy

    Live on AWS EC2 behind Nginx.
